1. Please don’t list the art universities you graduated from or the awards you received at small conventions. This usually doesn’t reflect your actual level and doesn’t help us evaluate your portfolio.
2. Always include a direct link to your portfolio. This helps us quickly understand your current level and style.
3. We do not arrange visas and we do not provide relocation documents for moving to the Czech Republic. Artists handle these matters on their own.
4. You must speak English. At least well enough to communicate with clients and our team. (Each case is reviewed individually.)
5. Minimum tattoo industry experience — 3 years.
(Each case is reviewed individually.)
6. Specify whether you need our supplies.
We provide a full set of materials and equipment. Guest artists have access to everything necessary for work: original Dan Kubin machines, Panye machines, quality cartridges, inks, petroleum jelly, disposable supplies, etc. However, please let us know in advance if you need something specific or unusual.
7. We do not offer piercing services.
So artists who work only with piercing are not suitable for us.
8. Be sure to specify the dates when you are able to come.
Most messages lack any specifics, so we cannot understand whether you are available at all.
9. If your work looks like this (example below), you are not a good match for us. This doesn’t mean you are a bad artist — you just need more practice before applying to our studio.
These are real examples of work from artists who have applied to us. We are not trying to offend anyone or present ourselves as superior. Please, if your work is at this level, don’t rush to send us an application. It’s better to focus on practice, keep developing, and come back to us with a stronger portfolio.
